module 1: getting started - why this works so well
The assets that I'm going to show you how to build are a kind Facebook group. But before you panic, it's not what you think.
Don't think that this is setting up a regular Facebook group where you have all the drama associated with it, have to manage everything and all that. It's nothing like that at all.
Why Facebook groups and not something like a page? Mainly because pages have been in decline when it comes to reach for years now. Pages are great for local businesses, but pages have really dropped, especially now that professional profile pages are available, so they aren't a good fit for a broad or a niche specific content or things like product reviews.
Groups are the way to go because facebook loves groups. That's why you'll see random groups sometimes in your feed based on things that you are interested in. They promote groups because groups are going to keep you on facebook longer than something like a page will.
So if they can hook you and suck you into joining a group, they know that they could keep you on their site longer and then keep hooking you back with notifications. That's why they recommend groups all the time. There's an option right when you're setting up your group called group grow that is on by default. And it says to allow facebook to suggest this group to others. And it's on by default for a reason because facebook wants to get groups in front of people.
So the type of group we are building is a public group where content is visible to everyone, including the Facebook algorithm. But we don't treat this as a traditional group where there's interaction and a bunch of questions and anyone can post and all of that.
You don't need to be an expert to start one of these groups because the conversation is one sided. People won't be allowed to just post or just comment.
We're using groups, as a way to leverage their priority in the Facebook algorithm to get our content seen.
So think of this as the same as building a blog or a website, but the traffic is already there. We just need to tap into it.
Facebook will help us do that because they will show people our content based on their interest. So the traffic is targeted.
The group that I was telling you about on the sales page was centered around a specific piece of software that pays recurring commissions. And it's crappy commissions at that, because I sold $2,000 worth of it and only made, $295.
But now that I sold more copies, my commissions are going up to 25%, and I'm actually hoping to get that to $1k a month in commissions from that. Just from building one of these groups. I promote this absolutely nowhere else. The commissions are from building just one of this these groups.
And I did it on a profile from an account that I purchased years ago from a website called https://fbaccs.com/, and they provide you with aged accounts. Now, you don't need to purchase one of these. I just did, because I tested a lot of stuff out on Facebook and screw around a lot.
I don't necessarily want to jeopardize my main Facebook profile, but you'll have no issues with this method because it's not shady.
I'm actually going to build the group in this course in front of you that is on my main profile. I just used a separate account and it worked out well because it provided proof for all of you that you don't need any friends, you don't need a following, you need absolutely nothing. But to tell you the truth, I would have made more money if I had a group linking to my maze profile because it just looks more real, like I'm more genuine. So that's why I am going to be creating this group based off of my profile and using my actual Facebook profile for this to start the group.
So I'm going to show you how to set one of these up so that Facebook absolutely loves your public group and the algorithm loves it and allows you to drive traffic anywhere. I'll show you all of the settings.
And then we're going to basically juice it up by buying a group members for absolute pennies. So you could get like a thousand members for something like $1 or $2, which will help kind of juice the algorithm, because Facebook will see that there are members in this group.
And we're also going to be scheduling content and doing things so that we are posting daily so it looks like a lot of people are in the group. And we're adding just one post a day to the group. So the content will always be fresh. And that is going to push our content up the search algorithm where people find it.
And like I said, I've already done this and I've made money doing this. I'm going to show you how to do it the same way.
And you can use this for absolutely any purpose. So whether it's list building, promoting your own products, absolutely anything. So driving traffic to your website, if you're trying to recruit people in MLM or Bizop, this is awesome.
Basically, Facebook love groups. You're going to start a public group. It's not what you think because you're not going to have people commenting, posting. You're not going to have to interact with people or anything.
This is kind of like setting up a website on Facebook.
module 2: EDITING YOUR DESKTOP VERTICAL VIDEO
So the first step in this is obviously setting up your Facebook group. I'm going to set up a Facebook group based on website traffic. And the main way that I'm going to monetize this is through sales of the course that you're actually watching right now. So I'm going to be promoting my ultimate Facebook traffic trick course using this Facebook group. I'm also going to be launch jacking some launches from Muncheye.com for traffic-related software.
Anywhere you are on whether it be Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Google everywhere. The main thing is keywords. Keywords dictate a person's interest because they are searching for things on Google other social media sites and basically all these sites are search engines.
So that's how I was able to make all those commissions was because people were actually putting the name of this software in search on Facebook. Facebook knows that this group is about this subject and what they are going to do is take everyone that is interested in that subject and try to put your group in front of them.
Because they want to promote groups. Because like I said, if they can hook you into a group, they could send you notifications and you are going to spend more time on Facebook, which is why Facebook is free because they want you to spend time on there. They want ad revenue and they want basically all of your attention.
This is the same on Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, I mean, everywhere. They want to keep you on their site for as long as possible.
So anytime that you're creating content you have to be thinking in terms of keywords. Because then these platforms are going to match those keywords against a person's interest and what they are searching for and these algorithms will keep pushing new content towards them.
You should post daily on this if you can and you can schedule posts within your group is to be consistent with that content. Because if Facebook knows that they can trust you for consistent content, they are going to keep feeding it to people.
Chances are people who are searching for website traffic or website traffic software will see my group at some point. It is going to be put in front of them just because that's the way it works.
So it depends on the quality of the content that you put out and that basically determines how much they are going to put it your group in front of people.
I hope that makes sense, but just keep that in mind anytime you're doing anything with Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, all these platforms, the search engines, everything works the same. They want to get content in front of people that are interested in certain things. And what we are going after is people interested in getting more traffic to their website. So I am naming my group website traffic Tips and Proven Software.
And this is also important because when people are searching for Facebook and they see a bunch of groups that this is like a very clickable thing. Like people want website traffic tips and the minute that people see software and think that they can automate something or make it easier, they're going to do it. Especially when the word proven is in there. So it's important that you also have to think in terms of clickability, kind of like clickbait or linkbait those kind of things.
It's a good idea to have keywords whanever you're uploading to whatever platform it's on. So for Facebook, any image you upload should be a keyword, any video you upload to, YouTube should be a keyword.
Group settings web address, we can customize the group. So I'm going to click on that and then we could choose a name for our group. So I'm just going to put website traffic tips again. Keywords and traffic software and click on Save.
Then the next thing we want to do is go to our our description. I let Chat GPT write it for me and I can edit this if I want. But here I put write me a description for a Facebook group about getting traffic to your website then I put write me a description for a Facebook group about software because this is about Facebook software and also it's a group about website traffic and also a group about website software since we're going to be putting different reviews and things like that in there also.
Next we are going to come down to approve all members post and I'm going to turn that on and click on Save. And all that is once you have to manually approve all members posts because we don't want anyone to just join and then start posting their spam and crap in there. Because like I said, this is a one sided conversation. It's almost like building a website on Facebook if you think about it that way. So the conversation is one sided. So you're not going. Have a bunch of other people posting and doing that kind of stuff in your group.
Turn off chat because I don't want to allow in room chat. Participant approval we want to put on. So both members and visitors must first be approved to post or comment. This will basically hold any comments or any posts from people who visit your page. You can save them and you can improve them if you want or you don't approve them, really, it makes no difference. But we're going to hold all those just so that we don't have to deal with spam and have to keep checking this group all the time. Because we want to basically be in and out because we have better things to do than manage some group that we're basically using as a website.
It's a public group where we're not allowing anyone to comment or post unless it's approved. So we have full control over what is going on in this group.
So what you want to do is pick out something, a main goal for your group. So whether that is list building, whether it's going to be promoting an affiliate product, whether it's going to be promoting your own product, recruiting, whatever else you want to do, you want to have a primary goal. And that primary goal is going to be your first post in this group and it is going to be pinned and it's going to be featured.
What happens a lot of times and I know that you've done this everyone has done this. When they go to find groups within something that they are intersted in you always go to the group, you click through and then you see the content associated with that group. So you definitely want to make sure that your first post or your best post, the monetized post where you truly want to drive traffic to is right there at the top and it's going to be pinned and it's going to be featured so that people can see it right away when they visit your group.
If it's to drive your list, you want to link to your squeeze page in the pinpost or the feature post. And then anything after that is essentially just going to be designed to bring people in to the group so that they see that and then they act on that first pinpost.
